Livedin collects anonymous data from every visitor of the Website/App to monitor traffic and fix bugs. For example, Livedin collects information such as web requests, the data sent in response to such requests, the Internet Protocol address, the browser type, the browser language, device information, mobile network information, device location, and transaction information. Livedin may also use GPS technology to determine your current location. Lived may require you to provide certain information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, address, ID/Passport number, payment method and credit card information and may require you to upload scanned copies of certain documents. Livedin may collect information pertaining to your personal information, educational and professional background, accommodation bookings, use of facilities, guests and visitors, etc. Livedin may also collect information related to your payment transactions through the Platforms, including, but not limited to, payment instrument used, amount, payment instrument expiration date, bank information and other transaction related details. Livedin uses firewalls and data encryption other similar techniques to protect any data collected by it. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, Livedin cannot guarantee the security of any data you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. Livedin expressly disclaims any liability that may arise should any other individuals obtain the data you submit to Livedin.
You may have the option to add, update or remove your own data through your Livedin account. You can ask us for a copy of the personal data Livedin holds pertaining to you. You are encouraged to inform us of any changes to your personal data, to keep data pertaining to you updated. In certain situations, you can ask us to erase, or block or restrict the processing of, the personal data we hold about you.
During calls with our customer service team, live listening may be done or calls shall be recorded for quality control and training purposes which includes the usage of the recordings for the handling of claims and fraud detection purposes. Any such recordings are kept for a limited amount of time and automatically deleted thereafter, unless there is a legitimate interest to keep such recording for a longer period, including for fraud investigation and legal purposes. Livedin uses automated telephone number detection system to link the number to reservations.
The Platforms may contain links to third party websites or it may itself utilize services of certain third parties such as Google, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, Twitter or bank apps for payments. Livedin does not own or control these third parties and when you interact with them you may be providing them with information directly or to them and Livedin both. These third parties have their own rules pertaining to collection, use and disclose of information. Use of these services is subject to their privacy policies and other terms and conditions and Livedin expressly disclaims any liability in event of any loss or misuse of information provided to these third parties.
